You, alone, are either (1) buying the right to view this content whenever you log into myBrainshark, or (2) if available, buying the right to license a copy of the content.

How long do I have access to this content? Does it expire?

Content for which you purchase view access will remain within your "My Purchases" tab, accessible any time, any day for the period of time indicated on the content page, as determined by the author.

What does it mean to purchase a “Copy”?

If permitted by the author, you may wish to license a copy of the content. The site will display the copy price if set by the author. When you license a copy, Brainshark will place a copy of the content into your existing Brainshark account within 3 business days of purchase or we will set up a new, standalone Brainshark view only account if you choose (available at no additional charge for minimum $5000 copy purchases). What if I want to distribute this content to lots of employees?

Licensing a copy will enable you to distribute the content to your employees and use the powerful tracking and reporting capabilities of the Brainshark Presentations™ solution to measure participation and completion. It would also enable you to distribute the content you purchase through an existing SCORM-compliant Learning Management System (LMS). Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement between you and the Learning Provider, a licensed copy may be distributed to any number of internal employees.

I would like to license a copy of the presentation, but there is no price for it.

If there is no price showing to license a copy of a presentation, then the author may not wish to sell copies under our standard Terms of Use. However, we encourage you to contact the author as they may be willing to license a copy under a separate agreement.
